How does the shipping process works?
1.- As soon as the order is recieved, the artesan is contacted to work in the final especifications of the handcraft.
2.- When the handcraft is totally finished it is recieved at our operations station, were the product is submited to final checking and quality control.
3.- The product it´s packed in a top of the line material (Instapack Quick TM), that insures that your product will be dammage free upon delivery.
4.- UPS is the shipping contractor, this way you can assure a professional company taking care of your handcraft´s delivery.
5.- Depending in the artesans finishing of the product, our shipping time range works between 7 and 21 labor days.
6.- Once shipped, (usually ships from 10 to 15 labor days) the delivery time range from UPS expedited time won´t exceed from 3 days.
Our products are NOT a line production made, they are truly handcrafted and even though we make our best to ship them within the shipping period, we depend on our artesans work, so we are grateful for your understanding if your order gets delayed. Sincerely thehandcraftmall.com
Is there a dammaged product insurance?
Thehandcraftmall.com works with top of the line packaging products by Sealed AirTM. With Instapack QuickTM your product its garanteed to get to your hands dammage free, either way, in case of any other circumstances check the privacy policies statement.
